We know that the essential element of providing correct services depend on equipped personnel, who can meet different expectations. Within this scope, we have been preparing annual training programs for our white collar and blue collar employees and contributing to their development since 2006.

With Baydöner Academy, which we carried into effect in 2016, we ensure that our current personnel teams and expert staff receive training twice in a year so that they can become employees, who meet the continuously changing expectations of customers.

With internal promotion system, we ensure that correct candidates receive on-site operational training, and develop their leadership skills with intraclass education programs.
